Our Encore Condo Project features a modern owner’s bathroom with a wall-mounted double floating vanity and 4″ thick integrated matte white trough sink against dark gray walls.
We transformed this bathroom from boring and bland to luxe and inviting by updating the vanity, customizing the vanity lighting, painting the walls, and incorporating statement-making accessories and decor.

This gorgeous wall-mounted double floating vanity emphasizes clean lines and sculptural hardware. The cabinet is finished inside and out in Latte Oak. It features a 4″ thick integrated matte white trough sink that is resistant to staining, mildew, and UV light.
Four doors and three drawers include soft-close door hinges and under-mount drawer glides as well as a solid bamboo drawer organizer. The drawer bottoms are lined with a signature brushed aluminum laminate. The right set of doors include a 120 Volt UL rated electrical component with two electrical and two USB (2.0) outlets for blowdryers, curling irons, and charging needs. Brushed nickel drawer pulls finish the look.

We mixed brushed, weathered, and galvanized finishes with polished chrome to create a modern masculine owner’s bathroom with industrial elements that feel luxurious.
